Description
The left traffic light for southbound left lane on Meadow has a sign next to it that says left only. When both the N and S bound traffic lights turn green, the left light turns green. As a cyclist, I have almost gotten hit many times while traveling N on Meadow, with cars believing they have the right of way to turn left. Proposed solution: a flashing yellow left turn signal, clarifying to the southbound left turn traffic that they must yield to oncoming traffic and can turn left if clear.
