Description
Why was a No Parking sign installed on at the corner of Park and Mulberry? This is a 4-way stop intersection with good sight lines. What risk analysis was performed to warrant the installation of this completely unnecessary parking restriction, particularly since the restriction was not applied to any of the other parts of the intersection?
