Description
There is an angled parking area along South 10th St., with marked spaces. Some people park outside of the marked spaces, to the south, near the intersection with Haxall Point. This is dangerous - it hides the crosswalk from oncoming southbound traffic, it reduces visibility for drivers turning from Haxall Point onto 10th St., and it blocks part of the northbound lane. We need a "no parking here to corner / tow away" sign at the south end of the marked parking spaces, to deter illegal parking.
