Description
Leaves from large trees along both sides of Malvern ave are building up in the bike lanes, creating slick roadways. As the property owner of Malvern Manor, we use a third party contractor to remove leaves frequently, however the City bike lanes pose a challenge for leaf removal. We are interested in understanding how the City plans to address this concern and how we can be an active partner in solving these problems. We are receiving complaints from neighbors about these conditions.
