Description
After each rain there is standing water that forms into several ponds in rhe alley that runs parallel to the 2900 block of Chamberlayne Ave; between Hammond Ave and Brooklyn Park Blvd. This alley functions as a street rather than an alley. Please install drainage and repair the alley/street.
