Description
There are numerous potholes in alley behind 1208 West Franklin. It is the alley between W. Franklin and Grace. The part of the alley by Lombardy has been paved as part of the work for Circa, but about a quarter of the way down the alley, it has been neglected. In pulling into our garage, I often have my car scrape the asphalt due to the potholes. I have tried putting stone down in them, but the stone is quickly washed/worn away.
