Description
The tree has not produced leaves for a while and is certainly dead. Further, it consistently drops limbs on adjacent properties and vehicles causing damage. This is a highly trafficked area with vehicles and pedestrians, especially families with children, because of its proximity to two parks and playgrounds. The tree has been dropping more and more limbs as time goes on. I am also concerned there will be damage to the lines running through.
