Description
A rut in the back alley has been increasing in size since we moved in to the property in April of 2022. It has begun to affect the fence at the back edge of our property, causing it to lean. Additionally the uneven ground has created difficulty securing the garbage & recycling bins after weekly service. And most alarmingly, it has begun to affect an electric/light pole in the alley. While the first two issues are a cause for frustration, the final seems as though it could be very hazardous.
