Description
Brookland park from North to 2nd Ave is dangerous specifically at the intersection of brookland park and richmond henrico turnpike. This intersection needs infrastructure improvements to slow people down. In the past month there have been 2 accidents where cars end up in the bottom of the ravine. This intersection depserately needs a traffic circle. Drivers continually exceed 50 mph all day every day even though this is a 25 mph zone.
