Description

this is not been fixed. "DPW000158590 A trench was made across the road for utility work and only partially filled in. It is now a big dip in two west bound lanes." RVA 311 shows it completed. It is not. There is still a two inch drop in the entire right and center lane of Grove Ave WestBound at this address.
