Description
The ramp going FROM northbound Huguenot Rd onto Chippenham South, is an area near the end of the ramp that stays wet. Water coming up through pavement year round. In warm weather it's not a problem, but it has been ice every morning in the cold. It's also in the shade, so if the temp stays below freezing, it never thaws. It's a problem because it's on a downhill and in a curve right where you need to be accelerating to merge into Chippenham South.
