Description
The citizen states that a speed calming bump was placed near 5210 Waverly Ave. It has been there for 2 1/2 weeks. The sign is posted showing the speed bump, but the actual bump cannot be seen until you run up on it. She would like to have it painted or reflectors placed on it.
