Description
I was behind a elderly woman who hit this soon to be sink-hole and she flattened two tires at 3:40 pm. Since this morning, there has been huge flooding at this intersection. This is a known issue that opens during freeze/thaw. It is a shame the city did not have some cones out there to redirect traffic and protect personal property.
