Description
This is an update to an earlier request. The same tag is all over signage around the Cathedral and the VCU Library. Same dumb tag that looks like a face with eyes. Many of the signs are parking regulation signs placed by the Cathedral. Stop signs and no parking signs have same tag throughout the area. It's shocking how much damage one person can do in very little time.
