    Spoke with requestor (ph. # in CE note) at some length. She had called DPW main for an update; Cynthia gave her my contact info. I tried to explain that we have no enforcement capacity for this violation at present, but don't believe the point got across. In view of this, decided to deliver the doorhanger with Officer Spencer in marked car. Spencer returns on the 8th.
