Description

Tree has lots of dead wood in canopy. 1 1/2 yrs ago we thought it was to be removed, but it was trimmed. Problem still exists. Wind blows, branches fall. Today some branches fell and hit the back of my car as I was walking toward it to run errands. Toddler lives next door. We can't have branches falling. I have told you about the tree many times since I have lived here. City worker told me once the problem with my gutter flooding everytime it rains was caused by tree roots.
