Description

This is not a request for repair, but a request that a sidewalk be installed generally. The path next to my house at 3034 W Leigh is heavily traversed by pedestrians on a daily basis despite there being no sidewalk. The ground is uneven and after a slight rain the area becomes a dangerous mess. I hear people slip and complain regularly but there is nothing I can do about it. Putting down gravel may be a temporary solution. I attached a picture of the area following a light rain this morning.

    The city sidewalk maintenance program does not install new sidewalk. The city sidewalk program only does maintenance repairs on existing sidewalks.
