Description

The Pin Oak Tree roots has buckled the sidewalk thus creating a trip hazard. I was told my homeowners insurance could be held liable. The tree belongs to the city.

    This location has been inspected on 12/13/2023. 225x5 feet of damaged concrete sidewalk due to tree roots. Tree roots lifting sidewalk 5-12 inches into air. Located between 3610-3622 Edgewood Ave. This request has been sent to the CIP division and will be reviewed for project funding and prioritization based on repair criteria. The CIP division repairs sidewalks based on available funding and a risk based repair criteria.
