    An inspector has visited the location; this is a City Parks and Recreation project (soil profile rebuilding work); the material being used is not dirt, it is mulch; the street was passable for vehicles at all times; the remaining leftover compost and pallets of biochar will be removed Friday (12/8); handheld power brooms and blowers will be used to clean up the street.
