Description
The people living at 1403 W. Clay St do not seem to care WHEN to put out trash. Pickup is scheduled for Wednesdays in our neighborhood, yet this is what I saw on a Monday morning. Usually, their trash bin sits on the street, overflowing 24/7. Maybe someone stole their bin. I don't care, because they leave it on the street all the time, in violation of City code. I mostly care that this garbage will be plundered by man or beast, making the trash even more invasive in the neighborhood.
