The Department of Public Works (DPW) must perform an engineering study in accordance with the Federal Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) before installing an all-way stop. All all-way stops must meet the warrants in the MUTCD. None of the intersections on Kane St between Creighton Rd and Fairfield Ave currently meet the traffic volume requirements for an all-way stop.
