Description
Excessive speed off Hull street. Request new speed hump, speed camera, stop sign, literally anything. No sidewalks on this section of road and small children and pets have no options but to walk in the street. Neighborhood feels neglected. Station an officer and you’ll make thousands on speeding tickets.

- Staff · December 11, 2023The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. The distance on E. 30th St between Midlothian and Hull is about 900’ so speed tables are not planned. Please use this site for new sidewalk requests: AskPublicWorks@richmondgov.com
