Description

When traveling down Byrd St. to get to the Manchester Bridge, I’ve noticed the street is alway wet along the intersection of South 9th street & Byrd St. Even when there weren’t any rain storms, that spot of road has remained wet. Could there possibly be a pipe leak? Please have engineering check. Thank you! Sorry I don’t have a picture.
