Description
City of Richmond planted a Sweet Gum Tree in front of house, which has matured, and the roots are lifting the sidewalk concrete pavement to street, which will continue to damage property. The sidewalk is now a tripping hazard, especially at night. Requesting to have the tree removed and then have the sidewalk repaired.

She disagrees with the assessment, wants to have looked at again, didn't want the tree to begin with and asked about possibility of tree maintenance (personal) at approval of the City. Advised of UF on RVA.Gov and form availability.
