Description

Called last week and couldn't get through...Caller states there was an accident and a COR tree was knocked down the COR came out and cut up the tree but left the stump caller wants to know when will the stump be removed and if the tree will be replaced. (caller advised to call if the stump hasn't been removed after six months to call for a SR; caller wants to know still if the tree will be replaced?)
