Description

The light for Overbrook traffic does not engage for cars to cross Brook. Today, at 3:15, I sat on Overbrook (East bound) through 3 rotations of the left turn only signal on Brook being engaged without any green light rotation for Overbrook.

I watched this intersection for an extended amount of time and did not witness any missed detection calls. The stop bars are pretty far back and i did witness a car pull to far forward and outside of the detection range. In order for Brook rd timing to work correctly the green time on Brook rd is somewhat long.
