I purchased this property on 17 November 2023 and there is no trash can present. The Utility Account Number above was given to me by the employee I spoke with on the phone yesterday (11/27) when setting up utilities in my name. I am not sure if this account number is active yet, but they told me they would be out this week to get everything switched to my name. The effective date of the switch is 11/17
