Description
Someone dumped trash in the alley...right IN the middle of the alley. It has been moved off to the sides. I reported it several weeks ago and have the confirmation number RPD2349. Most of the residents on this alley are elderly and would appreciate the mess being cleaned up before it attracts other terrible people from dumping there as well!!
