Description
WINRACK, a contractor, has been working with RPS on the installation of communications infrastructure along Meadow St. After tearing up the cobblestones and bricks, they did a terrible job replacing them. The cobblestones are not set well and they used different bricks. It looks terrible and could pose a tripping hazard.
