Description
The intersection at Hamilton and Monument is dangerous. Cars making the u-turn from Monument in order to access the highway on-ramp have the right of way over cars at a red light on Hamilton. I routinely see cars with the red light on Hamilton pulling out at the same time as the cars with the flashing yellow left arrow are making the uturn on monument. Signage at the Hamilton light needs to be improved/clearer/enforced.
