Description

Tree was removed earlier this year (maybe 6 mos., it's been a while). I asked the guy doing the removal of the tree if the stump was going to be ground. He said yes. Stump has not been ground, and the sidewalk in the vicinity of the area is heaved and needs to be repaired, too.
