Description
This is City property and sidewalk upkeep responsibility that is routinely unkept. Area reported by me last year and most recently this year. It is located between 5529 and Holiness Church . Almost fell due to overgrown vegatation encroaching sidewalk & today watched an elderly Asian lady step onto highway to get around area. Also repoted inoperative piece of heavy equipment there for at least 20 years. Sent pictures nothing done. Area is always an eyesore
