Dear Citizen, Thank you for sharing your concern with us. Our team has reviewed the intersection in question, and we would like to share that the current operations reflect an overall Level of Service (LOS) of A, which indicates excellent traffic flow with minimal delays. This assessment suggests that, at present, the intersection is functioning efficiently and does not warrant immediate changes to the signal timing. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to monitor traffic patterns in the area to ensure safe and effective travel for all users. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have further questions or observations.
