Description
There is an alley that runs between Cookie Factory Lofts (where I live) and McDonald's. It's not a named street, but the traffic is heavy because people constantly use it to cut past the light on Arthur Ashe/Broad. Last Friday my car was totaled because someone came zooming out of the alley, and two more cars almost hit us while we were figuring out if anyone was hurt. This alley is used heavily enough that there needs to be a stop sign there.

- Staff · November 22, 2023Both McDonalds and the access street that comes from Cookie Factory Lofts have stop signs at the City alley. Both McDonalds and 921 Myers LLC (according to the Dept of Real Estate Assessor) are responsible for the maintenance of their respective stop signs.
