Description
We continue to be told 20th doesn't qualify for speed mitigation; yet its a cutthrough to avoid the Fairmount/Mosby and thoroughfare to Carrington; a wider appearance invites speeding; lacks sidewalks; heavy youth presence; multiple accidents at its intersections each year. The fact traffic calming has happened at the next several streets means it is viable here. Even more, without similar measures the drivers that used to speed down 21/22 may shift to 20th, making our street more dangerous.
