Repair Electronic Traffic Signal

Description

The light at Maury and e 16th street takes a very long time to change for e 16th street. Because there are children crossing over Maury to get the Blackwell Elementary that is on 15th street, they have to stand there a long time. I have actually put my car in park and had to sit at the light on E 16th street for about 5 mins waiting for it the change. Even when the child push the button for the light to change, it does not.
