Description

This is a highly neglected area. Most cars are doing 15-20mph above the limit. Pedestrians have wide expanses to cross. This is an easy win for one of the most pedestrian trafficked intersections in city. Please please fix it.

    Leigh St is signed with the appropriate reduced speed ahead signs and 25mph signs. A street scape project is also planned on Leigh St in this area to make roadway, drainage, utility, pedestrian and bicycle improvements.
