Description
Second request for a speed bump on this particular block. Property damage reported now due to cars going 40+ MPH down this stretch side swiping cars, mostly 1800 block of 28th street - right before hitting the school which barely deters them from slowing. Need MULTIPLE speed bumps, signs will do nothing as there are already signs and people are texting while driving to see them. Please do something soon or at least have police monitor street constantly - lots of tickets can be given.
