Description
Work was performed on E Broad Rock North Bound towards Hull St. That work was patched. Three separate patches of "asphalt" were placed where the work was performed. Those patches are not level with E Broad Rock. The raised patches create a risk when driving Northbound on E Broad Rock. The patches need to be properly compacted to avoid having cars swerve or lose control when people drive over unexpected speed bumps.
