Description
Since 109 East Broad has opened as an apartment building, there has been a dumpster in the way in the alley. 109 East Broad is a smaller building than the buildings surrounding it yet the other buildings have normal plasctic trash receptacles that are taken in and out. 1. This dumpster continues to be WAY overfull on a regular basis. 2. It moves and slides into the public alley which I understand is a public street for cars to load and pass. The dumpster is a TERRIBLE smelly eyesore.
