Description
Please update the traffic light sequence to allow for pedestrians (including elementary school children) to safely cross Grove Avenue at Westmoreland. Drivers turning left onto Grove Avenue only pay attention to the oncoming cars and pay no attention to the pedestrians in the crosswalk. Could the light be changed to have a dedicated left turn and/or a time when only pedestrians have the light to walk?
