Description

Apartments at 3619 Chamberlayne are letting their side hedges and bushes encroach on the sidewalk again (on the Laburnum side of the property) It took three years of requests to get this addressed before, can we please have this taken care of before it completely blocks the ROW again and has people walking in the mud and on the road.
