Description

Chioca's at 425 N. Sheppard St does not have enough bins/ Trash is all over the alley. Sometimes it blocks traffic in and out of the alley. Also attracting pests. The CVWM doesn't come for another week! And they refuse to pick up anything not in a bin.

    There were no trash in the alley and a total of 5 bins, 2 recycle and 3 trash. Also, there were nothing blocking the alley.
