Description
I live at 2628 Kensington Avenue. This is the middle unit of a block of five row houses. At one time we all shared five trash barrels and five recycling bins. We are down to three trash bins and four recycling bins. I have one of the trash bins in my yard, but never received a recycling bin. Can I order and pay for two trash bins and one recycling bin?
