Description

Wooded area behind the above address. The citizen states this area belongs to the city. This is located near Philip Morris. He is trying to put up a fence , but is unable to do so because of the overgrowth in this area. Please assess and have the area maintained.

    Inspection (week before last) found DPU easements on E & S sides of lot. Fence should be setback from property line per zoning. Owner can trim, cut or remove anything that grows onto his property, regardless of who owns the adjacent property. Therefore NVO.
