Description

A large tree branch was placed in citizen's ditch/storm drain during the storm last month. The tree was on private property when it fell in the street, not a COR tree. RPD came out and moved the tree from the right-of-way, cut off a portion of the tree and put the remaining large branch in the caller’s ditch.
