Description
The city of Richmond and its contractors have dug up and cut through large roots of 2 of the trees in the alley on at least four occasions (pictures attached) in the past few years causing major damage to the root structure including one tree heavily leaning over and losing branches and the other tree has been losing a lot of branches. Both trees have had deep holes and ditches dug around 75% of their base, the East, South, and North sides of the tree have had roots all cut out within 4 feet.
