Description
During rush hour, Dock St gets backed up all the way onto north and south 14th street when just 1 person needs to turn left onto 17th & 18th streets and there's no way to pass them. I'd highly suggest a sign that prevents left turns onto 17th or 18th streets only between 4-6pm and only Monday-Friday to alleviate the traffic. This would be similar to the parking restrictions on Main St between 4-6pm M-F. Those streets can be easily accessed during those times from either Cary or Main St.
