Description
Caller, Sebrina Dandridge, called the City Attorney's Office stating, "Tree is leaning and all roots are out of ground. Pushing up sidewalk. Limbs falling each day when wind blows hard. Tree is dark in color. Can see all tree roots out of the ground. Roots growing into caller's foundation. Big hole where limb came off; open area for rain to enter and create more damage."
