Description

Speeding is out of control on Monument Avenue. And, there are signs posted stating NO large trucks. Tracker trailers, buses and ladder fire trucks run up and down Monument Avenue at all hours of the day and night.

    The Fire Marshall does not support speed tables on Monument Ave since this is classified as an Urban Minor Arterial, carries around 21,000 vehicles a day and functions as a strategic route for emergency vehicles.
